Shipping and Payment

For Manual Bank Transfer orders, please send proof of payment on Instagram with the following format:

Full Name

Mode of Payment

Proof of Payment

For Cash On Delivery orders, pay your order once you receive the parcel. Please prepare exact amount of your total order including shipping fee.

 

Shipping

All orders placed on our website will be shipped via Gogo Express unless your address is a non serviceable area. If that is the case, we will ship your order via J&T express. Shipping fees are shown on check out. For Same Day Delivery, it will be shipped by Borzo (previously Mr. Speedy).

 

Orders placed via Standard Shipping before 10:00PM will be shipped out the next day. Same Day Delivery cut off for Borzo is 2PM. You can book via Lalamove or Grab for orders placed after 2PM with the following details:
